what to do...

I was thinking that I would delete this blog and just start over but looking back over the past I don't want to. I have been making progress. I am going to figure this out and try to fix it to make it work. eek

#31 Bake Something New

I don't have a post for each one but I do have a list of things I have tried this year for the first time.

1. Gluten Free Cake Balls
2. Yellow Cake Balls
3. Oreo Truffles
5. Ranger Cookies
6. Gluten Free Coconut Pie
7. Gingerbread Cookies
8. Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

#26 Eat breakfast before 10am

Getting to work at 7:30 and fixing breakfast for a 2.5 year old helped with this one. Cereal, grits, eggs and a variety of fruit and this one is done.

44. Clean out computer, organize files and back it up onto disk

My old laptop was on its last leg so I took everything off and backed it up and amazingly I got a new computer from my parents for Christmas. :)

#75 Take a trip with my bff

My bff lives in De and I live in NC. We both are always super busy and have very little free time. We finally decided to meet in November for her birthday in Virginia Beach. We had the best time walking down the boardwalk looking at Christmas lights, laying in our hotel room and watching movies on the dvd player we bought ,and enjoying brunch before we both had to head out.

#77 Visit Texas

I have not been home since high school. It has been time for me to visit and I just have not had the funds. My grandpa has not had a good past year and had to cancel his east coast trip due to a hospitalization. My mom and aunt planned a trip in August and I had planned not to go. I was starting a new job, getting a new apartment, and had zero funds. My grandma called and surprised me with a plane ticket and I was able to go. We had the BEST time and it was great to remember all the great times I had growing up visiting my grandparents.

I need to work on saving money for another plane ticket so I can go back this year.

#74 Visit NC Zoo

This summer I was able to visit the zoo twice with my little one Emma. We had a blast and I can't wait to go back this summer. I only wish they had penguins.
